her
Brittany Deininger, MATC, MFA
is a poet, theologian, and educator committed to inviting others to use language, art, and story as meaning-making tools in the human task of becoming. She is passionate about the way writing and spirituality call us to pay attention to our lives, the lives of others, and the life of the world. Her academic work and poetry pursue themes of memory, lament, embodiment, silence, imagination, trauma and healing, and center in traditions of feminist, eco, and other liberation theologies. She is from the Pacific Northwest and currently lives in New York.
